Tony Weisman is a globally recognized, award-winning marketing executive with over 30 years of experience stewarding the world's biggest brands. He specializes in digital transformation, go-to-market, AI marketing implementation and brand differentiation.

Tony is a Board Member of Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO, Lead Independent), Later, Knotch, Trade Coffee, and VayKLife.

Tony is an Advisor to Summit Partners, Long Ridge Capital, PSP Capital, Glasswing Ventures, and Glynn Capital, as well as several early-stage businesses.

As the former CMO of Dunkin' US and CEO of Digitas, Tony understands the marketing value chain from both sides. He is a highly effective leader known for driving growth, talent acquisition, mentorship, and building diverse, dynamic Millennial and Gen-Z workplace cultures. A tech, digital, and consumer savvy marketer, Tony is also a frequent speaker and coach.

At Dunkin' US (over $1.2B in annual revenues; market cap of $8B), Tony led a 200-person organization with a $500MM annual budget. He rebranded the company as Dunkin' after 68 years as Dunkin' Donuts and transformed the brand's digital marketing, adding 1MM DD Perks members per quarter (+50% YOY) and increasing member contributions to 14% of total sales (+100 bps each quarter). He modernized the menu including relaunching the espresso platform increasing sales over 60%, and launched the Beyond Sausage Breakfast Sandwich — the first plant-based breakfast item in the QSR industry. Tony also managed Dunkin's CPG business including packaged coffee with JM Smucker and Ready-to-Drink beverages with Coca-Cola, resulting in $1B in retail sales in 2019 (+10% YOY).

During Tony's tenure, Dunkin' broke sales records and the stock increased +62%. Store traffic was the highest in four years, online transactions increased 25%, and annual sales growth was the highest since 2013. Dunkin' was recognized as QSR Magazine's 2018 "Most Transformational QSR Brand" and Ad Age's #1 QSR story of 2018. Tony was named a Forbes World's Most Influential CMO, Business Insider's 25 Most Transformational CMO, and an Adweek Brand Genius.

Prior to Dunkin', he served as President and later CEO of Digitas, the world's largest digital marketing agency with annual revenue over $500MM. As CEO, Tony led a team of 2,000 and built a 250-person data science team — the largest in the industry. He led consolidation of the Sprint account to Publicis ($100MM+ in annual fees) and created the first digitally centric customer acquisition platform in the telecommunications industry and the first agency media platform to identify individuals across devices. He founded the Digital Content Newfronts in 2007 with Google, AOL, Microsoft, and Yahoo to create a marketplace for online video content, now a $2B annual market. Digitas received multiple Cannes Lions recognitions for creativity and numerous awards for workplace culture and diversity hiring.

Tony also served as CMO of Draft Worldwide, an integrated marketing services agency specializing in direct and digital marketing, and began his career at Leo Burnett Advertising. He currently serves on the Board of the Mobile Marketing Association and is the former Chairman of Chicago Public Media (WBEZ) and a member of the Board of Columbia College Chicago.

Tony received his B.A. in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brown University. He lives in Narragansett, RI and enjoys cycling, sailing, and attending live music.
